What is the breeding goals for Shih Tzu puppies?
At Enchanted Mountain Shih Tzu we prefer healthy first and foremost and this is our #1 goal. Our Shih Tzu puppies come in all shapes and sized from 6-14 lbs. Many of our adults have tiny sizes in their lines for a number of generations so having a mix of smaller/imperial and Standard sizes is very common. We love them in all sizes
How do you ensure the health of your puppies?
Our puppies have their first vaccinations and deworming prior to leaving our care. Our breeding program emphasizes health, and we provide a clean, loving environment to promote their well-being and development. All of my puppies and Adults have been born and raised by me (with the Exception of Atas, whom I have had since he was 8 weeks old).
What should I expect when adopting a puppy?
When adopting a puppy from us, you can expect a well-socialized, healthy companion. We also provide a puppy packet with a toy, blanket, nail clippers and puppy contract. We sell all of our puppies on a spay/neuter contract. We provide guidance on care, training, and nutrition to help you integrate your new puppy into your home seamlessly.
Do you offer any guarantees for your puppies?
Yes, we offer a health guarantee for our puppies, ensuring they are free from genetic disorders that can take the life of your puppy for up to one year. We also guarantee they will be free from any Disease or sickness at the time you pick them up. We also provide support and resources to help you with any questions or concerns after adoption.
What is the best way to care for a Shih Tzu?
Caring for a Shih Tzu involves regular grooming, a balanced diet, and routine veterinary check-ups. They thrive in a loving environment and want nothing more than to be with you
